Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
I have ordered many items from this company and have been happy with them. This time, I ordered both an aqua and a ruby rosary. The aqua-colored rosary was just fine; however, the ruby-colored rosary was missing the centerpiece. When contacted, customer service advised they would send a replacement. But, when received, the replacement was also missing the centerpiece and after once again contacting them, the company advised that they are currently out of stock for this item. I would still recommend the company as they do have many items of good quality.
