St. Camillus
St. Camillus turned his life to God, after living a life of gambling addiction. He devoted his life to caring for the sick and became director of St. Giacomo Hospital in Rome. He was ordained a priest and founded his own congregation dedicated to caring for the sick (the Camellians). St Camillus is known as patron of the sick and his feast day is celebrated on July 18th.
