Saint Rebecca is the patron of sick people and loss of parents. She became a nun at the age of 21 to the Marian Order of the Immaculate Conception. St. Rebecca prayed that she might share in the sufferings of Christ which resulted in her blindness and paralysis. For 30 years she struggled with deteriorating health and spent her time spinning wool and praying. Saint Rebecca worked on an autobiography towards the end of her life and her grave is credited with many miracles. St. Rebecca's feast day is March 23rd.
