St. Toribio
Saint Toribio was ordained into the priesthood at the age of 21. He was a parish priest in numerous dioceses throughout Mexico. St. Toribio was known for his devotion to the Eucharist and was murdered during the Mexican Revolution in the 1920s for being a priest. Saint Toribio died by being shot in the back around 5am in his rectory. St. Toribio's feast day is May 21st.
