Alice and Dietrich von Hildebrand

Alice and Dietrich von Hildebrand were Catholic philosophers and theologians. Dietrich von Hildebrand, originally from Germany, fled the country during Hitler’s rein due to his vocal opposition of the Nazi party. After finally settling in America, Dietrich von Hildebrand married Alice, a student at Fordham University. Between the two of them, Alice and Dietrich von Hildebrand have contributed greatly to Catholic literature.
