Amethyst Rosary 3.00 out of 5

By: Myra (Tampa FL, January 4, 2011) Verified Buyer
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
Although the rosary is beautiful, it is much larger than we anticipated. Because of the shapes of the stones/beads it is also difficult to tell which ones represent the prayers. Perhaps that is just a matter of becoming more familiar with it.

[*] Fishing Line 2.00 out of 5

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
When I first received the necklace, everything was great. I loved it. But then it started falling apart. Using the fishing line to hold it all together was a poor idea. I'm sad to say that the cross from the rosary is now on a chain so that I can still wear it. The rest of the necklace is in pieces. Beads everywhere.

Funny experience with this Rosary 4.00 out of 5

One of the sections in my Rosary only has 9 beads/stones instead of 10. It's a unique one for sure. I thought about sending it back, but decided against it. :-)

Beautiful but larger than anticipated 4.00 out of 5

By: Sally (South Georgia, April 9, 2010) Verified Buyer
Pros: Quality; Color; Design;
Cons: Crucific disappointing;
Best Uses: Gift;
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
This was a gift to my daughter before Easter Vigil this year. The rosary is beautiful, but larger than I had imagined; and my only criticism is that the crucifix itself is rather thin and "cheap" looking. I did have my daughter's initials engraved on the back of the crucifix, and the engraving was well done.
