Birthstone rosaries always make a classic rosary gift for birthdays, Christmas, Sacrament milestones, or "just because". This January birthstone rosary features lovely dark imitation garnet aurora borealis glass beads. The multi-faceted cut of each bead reflects the light in a beautiful array of colors. This garnet birthstone rosary, because of its personal significance and beauty, is a good one to hang on the car rear-view mirror---especially if you choose the personalization option for your loved one. It will look great in the sunlight and will stay handy for praying on the go. The Virgin Mary centerpiece features Our Lady of Grace, the depiction of Our Blessed Mother with rays of graces pouring from her outstretched hands on those who ask for them, and a crown of twelve stars as Queen of Heaven. The crucifix and Marian centerpiece reminds us of the daily call to prayer through the spiritual weapon of the Holy Rosary and the intercession of Jesus and Mary before the Father on our behalf.
This is a nice rosary however; the color that was sent to me looked more black than a deep red/garnet, compared to this picture.

I purchased this Rosary for our daughter who's birthday is in January. It is beautiful and she loves it. This is the second Rosary I have purchased from The Catholic Co. and have been totally satisfied with the beauty & quality of both.

I truly love my birthstone rosary; I wear it all the time. It is beautiful, and I am overjoyed I made the purchase. I will more than likely order from The Catholic Company again!
Love it! I would suggest this to anyone.

Birthstone Rosary - January Aurora glass beads with rhodium finish links and crucifix.
Has a great weight to it. I love the feel of it. I went to the local Henninger's and could NOT find a single Rosary that compared to this one at ANY price. I am very happy with this Rosary!. Pros: Beautiful Rosary
Prettier in Person

I use the rosary in the usual way. I like the smoothness of the beads.
