Blessed Imelda Lambertini

Blessed Imelda Lambertini is the patron of first communicants. She spent much of her time in prayer as a youth and developed an intense devotion to Saint Agnes of Rome. Blessed Imelda Lambertini had many visions of Saint Agnes of Rome as well and on the Feast of the Ascension she received First Communion and immediately died in ecstasy.
