Blue Murano Rosary
Product Description
Murano is a small group of islands located in the Adriatic Sea in the lagoon of Venice. This island is famous for its master glassworkers who continue a tradition of glassmaking that can be traced back to Ancient Rome. Murano glass is known around the world for its quality and beauty. It is made by taking thin canes of colored glass called "murrine" and exposing them to very high heat. The different colors fuse together into a larger rod of glass that is called "millefiore" (thousand flowers). The new glass rods can be sliced to make pendants, beads, or other pieces of jewelry or artwork. This unique rosary has light blue 8mm Murano glass beads. You can see the small flowers in each bead. The Center and Crucifix are silver oxidized and the chain is made in the sturdy Loc-Link style. Lgth: 20”.People Also Bought

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
Unique and impressive. Skillfully crafted with quality components. Although very pretty, the centerpiece is "not quite" the quality of the crucifix. Overall, this is a gorgeous rosary that is as much a pleasure to use as to view. |
