Personalization Associates - Part-time Seasonal

Position Summary:
The Catholic Company has several seasonal part-time Personalization positions available. Knowledge of the Catholic faith is a plus as these positions may be in direct communication with our customers regarding specific engraving, hand personalization, prayer card imprinting, etc. as well as suggesting companion and substitution items.
Duties to include but are not limited to:
  • Engraving
  • Imprinting
  • Gift Baskets
  • Adobe Photoshop and CorelDraw
  • Microsoft Publisher
  • Gift Wrapping
Qualifications
Candidates should be quick learners and work well meeting daily deadlines in a high paced work environment. Knowledge of Catholic products and the Catholic faith are a plus. The part-time/seasonal positions will average about 15-30 hours per week. Hours may range from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. These positions will work with several technologies including imprinting, engraving, printing, and sublimation. Creativity and craftsmanship are key to these positions. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Microsoft Publisher a plus; must type accurately, 50 wpm; must be able to read, comprehend and prioritize orders to meet tight shipping deadlines.

WAREHOUSE — PART-TIME/SEASONAL

Position Summary:
The Catholic Company has several seasonal part-time warehouse positions available. Knowledge of Catholic sacraments, Catholic prayers, Catholic devotions, and Catholic jewelry are a plus as these positions may work directly with Customer Care during First Communion and Easter season as well as other religious seasons.
Duties to include but are not limited to:

  • Picking Orders

  • Maintaining a Clean Workplace
Qualifications
Candidates should be quick learners and work well meeting daily deadlines in a high paced work environment. Knowledge of Catholic products and computer skills are a definite plus. These positions are part-time/seasonal positions averaging about 15-30 hours per week. Hours may range from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Previous Warehouse, Shipping, and Receiving experience are a plus.

CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE — Part-time/Seasonal

Position Summary:
Interested candidates should possess a strong knowledge of the Catholic Faith while having an appreciation of other religious denominations. Being bilingual in the Spanish language is a plus. Duties include taking orders and resolving customer care issues over the phone and email in a friendly, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner.
Duties to include but are not limited to:
Assist customers over the telephone or e-mail through the buying process. Provide solutions to customers in order to resolve service issues.
  • Answer Inbound Catalog Order Calls and Customer Service Inquiries.
  • Meet productivity guidelines and standards, such as calls per hour, occupancy, conversion rate, quality assurance and order accuracy.
  • Provide customers’ solutions in both a reactive and proactive manner.
  • Assist customers with service issues such as but not limited to; missing packages, order status, damaged product, returns/exchanges, credits/billing issues.
  • Enter and process catalog requests / removals.
  • Accurately utilize customer tracking and consistently comment accounts to ensure a high level of service through follow-up.
  • Assist with the Internet operations by providing customer email responses, product information and support as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should be proven in customer service skills, Ideally in call center environment - Pleasant, clear speaking voice - Type at least 25 wpm. Candidates should be computer literate and have strong knowledge of Word, Excel, web browsing, and e-mail. Spanish language skills are a plus. Interested candidates should possess a strong knowledge of the Catholic Faith while having an appreciation of other religious denominations.
Position Type
These positions will average about 10-40 hours per week. Hours may range from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
