Accounts Payable Associate - Full Time, Seasonal

Description:
Hiring Immediately. Position will be responsible for a 3 point matching of invoices, packing slips and purchase orders. Associate should be able to reconcile statements, attach check stubs to paid invoices, send out vendor checks and file invoices. Provides daily support for clerical responsibilities of the Accounts Payable department. Position requires a reliable individual with good attention to detail to support formal procedures on check and receipt handling.

Graphic Designer - Full Time

Description:
Under the supervision of the Creative Manager, the Graphic Designer will work closely with the creative and marketing departments to develop compelling advertising materials for both print and web applications. This person will be responsible for creating imagery according to The Catholic Company brand standards and goals. Assignments may include, but are not limited to, website and emails graphics, web design, digital advertising, print mailers, and social media content. All of these projects must be approached with a customer driven mindset. Ability to take direction, prioritize, follow-through on project tasks to excellence, and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment is key.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Apply graphic design knowledge and skills to create images and layouts according to brand standards
  • Create promotional materials for web and print including ads and mailers
  • Develop original logo designs for secondary businesses
  • Integrate technical and visual solutions into a design concept
  • Create and maintain file management and organization
  • Some photo editing in Adobe Photoshop
  • Develop projects from start to finish using research skills, knowledge of trends, and an understanding of our marketing goals
  • Propose new marketing strategies and/or collaborations
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Adobe Software: Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Organized and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

Photographer and Videographer - Full Time

Description:
Under the supervision of the Creative Manager, the Photographer and Videographer will work closely with the creative and marketing departments to develop compelling advertising materials, supporting content, and social media creative. Assignments may include, but are not limited to, white-box and studio product photography, campaign photography, video production and video editing. This person will be responsible for creating imagery according to The Catholic Company brand standards and goals. Video projects may include research, video editing, and some animated graphics. Project development will consist of all steps of the creative process including concept layouts and options, reviews and edits, and delivery of completed materials. Candidates should have an intermediate understanding of DSLR cameras as well as photo and video editing software and file management experience. Ability to take direction, prioritize, follow-through on project tasks to excellence, and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment is key.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Style and shoot product photography to be used on website, social media and in catalogs according to brand standards
  • Tethered capture using Lightroom and Photo Editing in Adobe Photoshop
  • Present concept visualization through sketches, mockups and digital illustrations
  • Produce videos from start to finish, including shooting, research, and editing in Premiere
  • Develop projects from start to finish using research skills, knowledge of trends, and an understanding of our marketing goals
  • Create and maintain file management and organization
  • Follow proper procedure for pulling product from warehouse and return when finished
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Adobe Software: Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere
  • Knowledge and application of DSLR cameras for photography and videography
  • Experience using studio lighting (continuous and strobes) and audio recording devices
  • Must also have an understanding of video editing
  • Experienced Mac platform user
  • Organized, flexible/adaptable, creative, detail-oriented, collaborative
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills

Accounting Analyst - Full Time

Description:
This position is key within the Accounting team as it interfaces and gives guidance to the Accounts Payable staff while also assisting in month-end reconciliation, analysis, and completing critical daily operational and transactional tasks. This role reports directly to the Controller.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Daily cash status reporting, reconciliation, and settlement
  • Check, ACH and wire cash management
  • Expense entry, spending, and cost-saving analysis
  • Support accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely invoice creation and entry
  • Recurring month-end and quarterly reconciliation, account review and analysis
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 1-2 years experience in Accounting or related field
  • Proficient in Word and Excel (Apprise General Ledger preferred)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Knowledge and execution of GAAP Accounting
  • Attention to detail
