| Our parish has given this Bible to all RCIA candidates for the last two years. Universally praised by the candidates. The inserts allow our candidates to find scriptural basis for Catholic teaching. Particularly useful for candidates from a Sola Scriptura background. |

| As a former Baptist of 48 years, I LOVE the Catholic Bible. The TRANSLATION is superb, and the commentaries are rich and really enhance our understanding of scripture in the truth of the Catholic Church. |

| This version of the NAB is a useful gift. I have given it to non-Catholics who are curious about Catholic teaching but who would not be quite ready to receive a copy of the Catechism yet. The catechetical pages sprinkled throughout the book are clear and simple.
This is also a nice gift for young Catholics. It offers simple reminders about the Catechism, cross referenced to the actual Catechism. |
