I bought this for my husband as a Father's Day gift. He took a while to open it. Once he did, he read for hours. It made him really think, not just about his own relationship with our daughter but also his father's relationship with my husband and his siblings. This insightful book helped my husband discover many causes and effects in these parental / child relationships. He also used some of the ideas in it to bond with our eight year old daughter. How sweet a blessing that is.

Every new father needs this book.

The book is a wonderful reference for fathers both young and old. It is very challenging raising daughters today. This book is a great help for fathers to understand their daughters needs and help them to grow with courage and conviction.

Very realistic at siting the dangers posed for young girls from today's popular culture. Explains how important it is for fathers to stay involved in their child's life and the neccesity of borders and restrictions.
