The bible is beautiful and we had it engraved, which turned out nicely. However, when it arrived it was missing the gold ribbon marker. It's not that big of a deal, but it adds a nice touch. Also, we ordered it for my middle child, and he was a little disappointed when his ribbon marker was missing, while his big brother's bible bought last year, came with one.

The product is very nice, with vivid colors in the pictures and a pretty cover. It's unfortunate that with an imprint cost of [$], the gift ended up costing me about [$] for an 8 year old. If I had enough time, I would have gone to a nearby city to have it done locally for much less. But if you can afford it, it's a lovely piece.
