    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    I follow up my daily readings according to the Churches directive with what the book readings for that day are. It brings more meaning and insight into the scripture for that day. It is making my walk with Jesus during this period of Lent more meaningful. I highly recommend this book for any one who is looking for more insight into what Lent is meant to be. Deepen your walk with Jesus during the 40 days He spent in the desert in preperation for His Passion.

    I am reading the 6-page meditations each day in preparation for Lent and Easter. The writings are very thought provoking and can be applied to everyone's day to day lives. I plan to purchase the other books in the series and continue the study after Easter.
