The Miraculous Medal has always been a favorite of mine. It's great to see a young or old person wearing it. It's as if to say that they are under the protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The oval shape of the medal; it's polished luster; and it's charm is a delight to the those who wear it and those who see it worn on someone else.

This piece of jewelry is very well made and very beautiful. However, it was described as a "children's" medal but the chain is WAY too short to fit any child except a young baby.I ended up returning the item as it was meant as a gift for an 8 year old. Should I have any more grandchildren, I would definitely consider this for a BABY gift!
