The Children’s Way of the Cross is specially written to help children enter into the mystery of Christ’s suffering, death and resurrection through the retelling of the Passion story. The layout of this children’s book allows for multiple children to participate and follow along with the leader during each meditation along the Stations of the Cross. This allows for children to feel more connected with each prayer and think of them as their own. The Children’s Way of the Cross is broken out into a format that allows children to engage their imaginations by pausing for “Imagine” and “Listen” exercises. Children’s way of the Cross is a perfect book for children during Lent and the Easter season. Ages 7-11.

Excellent teaching tool.
By disciple 6406 from Newmarket NH on March 13, 2009
Pros: Easy To Understand; Great Pictures; Holds Kids Attention; Keeps Parents Interest; Well Written
Describe Yourself: Everyday Reader
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I use this with my third grade Religious Education class. We use it in the church and I allow the students to actually touch the stations so they see them up close and feel Jesus' pain. The guide is reverent and helps the students imagine what it was really like for our Saviour to suffer and die for us.
