This stunning sleeveless satin and organza dress is adorned with dainty rosette embroidery and crystals along the front waist and the skirt. The approximately 2 inch organza waist band is built into the dress along the front, and forms two long tails in the back meant to tie into a bow that cascades down the length of the dress. A gathered waist, when combined with approximately 12 inches of tulle attached to the built in under slip, give the skirt part of the dress a lift that will make her want to twirl.
