Beautiful but flawed

By: PattyB (Colorado Springs, CO, May 28, 2012)
Pros: Attractive;
Cons: Doesn't close properly; Small - rosary barely fit;
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
Rosary will only fit if 'squeezed' in. Case needs to be slightly larger. Doesn't latch well. Feels like the lid or latch is sprung. Appearance is very nice. My grandson loved the looks but that is spoiled by the cons.

This makes a nice gift

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
This was a nice gift, and I had it engraved, which made it extra personal. The cover latches, which I like. It was not as heavy as I thought it would be but still a nice product. The service was very quick.

Great gift!

By: Special auntie (Los Angeles, CA, May 8, 2012)
Pros: Looks of good quality; Engraving looks nice; Nice workmanship;
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
I gave this keepsake box to the 8-year old son of a close friend for his First Holy Communion. I was pleased with its appearance and size. It's not cheap looking at all and feels heavy in your hand. The engraving added a special touch. It was one of the nicer religious presents that he received. I found that it was large enough for a child's rosary. I was very happy with the product and customer service.

This engraved keepsake box is very special and will be a lifetime remembrance of my grandson's First Holy Communion. Just hope it won't tarnish.

Absolutely Beautiful

What a prefect gift! I purchased this as a keepsake container but when I received it I realized that this could also be saved and used as a pyx in the future. How beautiful to give a gift that holds the promise of ministry to others in the future.

Love this gift!

Pros: Perfect for a rosary; My son loved this; Excellent construction; Beautiful Engraving;
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
This was the nicest gift my son received. I was extremely impressed with the construction and quality of this box. The engraving was beautiful as well. I looked all over for something similiar and this was the only product I found that would lock. Perfect for carrying a rosary! I would buy this again and again!

Ended up not giving this.

By: Cynthia (Columbus Ohio, May 16, 2011)
Pros: Attractive; Well-made;
Cons: Too small for rosary;
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
I purchased this without actually measuring the crucifix on the rosary beads, so it is my fault that it didn't work. We were giving our granddaughter her great grandmother's rosary, and I had planned to give the box to hold it. We had it engraved with her name on the bottom, but when it arrived and I tried to put the rosary in it, it wouldn't fit. So we ended up buying a larger silver box at the jewelry store and not giving her this box.

Better than I thought it would be
