The four-way medal is designed in the shape of a cruciform and consists of four medals, the Sacred Heart of Jesus, St. Christopher, St. Joseph and the Miraculous Medal. This is a beautiful medal and chain. I like the length and the fact that you don't have to clasp it. However, when I read it was gold plated over stainless steel I figured I would have no problem with the chain. The chain must have nickel in it because it makes my neck break out and itch.
