Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
My 17 year old son had me order this. He's a hiker,camper,bird watcher..loves the outdoors and has been discerning the Priesthood.He loved the book. He came to me several times to show me passages and share the parts he found especially relevant to him. I enjoyed reading them and seeing his excitement :)
