I bought several copies for our RCIA candidates. There is no more perfect way to explain the "whys" of the biblical and theological basis of Christian teaching on birth regulation. These truths have been abandoned by almost every Christian tradition but the Catholic Church. They are accessable and workable for every married couple of faith. Humane Vitae is as timely and necessary today as it was in the turbulent '60's. It is amazing to see how Pope Paul's predictions, which were coined by some as wild speculation of an old, out of touch man, have sadly come to be fulfilled with dead on accuracy.
