The artists in the little colonial town of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, are famous for producing beautifully crafted original art pieces, such as the wooden heart shown here. Each one is like an original oil painting – no two are alike! The subject, Our Lady of Sorrows, will sometimes be depicted a bit larger ... sometimes with different floral/design accents ... sometimes with different color schemes. But each is exquisitely painted in oils (the only piece in our hand painted collection done in oils). Measures aproximately 9.5”High by 8.5"Wide by 1 1/2" deep with a hook on back for hanging, or display this fine piece on a tabletop easel.
