Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
I love this Rosary! It's very durable, so the cords won't come undone. It has a very nice crucifix, and the fact that it has the Miraculous Medal makes it even more special! However, it is a little stiff and could use a little breaking into.
