This is second one of these I've bought and I couldn't be happier. The first one was missing the crucifix...but I didn't know it, so it was a pleasant addition.

Pros: It is beautiful;
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
I would like to wear my scapular outside my blouse because it is very beautiful, but must be humble and hide it from the world. The colors and image of Our Lady are favorite colors of mine and the sewing in making this image is done very well. I find myself having to sew my scapular because I guess I'm just too rough in handing it. The ropes that hold the scapular together have broken twice. I love my scapular and have come to learn about St. Benedict through a book about Fr. Paul Moll, a wonder-worker who was devoted to the saint. The prayer devotion to St. Benedict is very much rewarding.
