The best thing about the crucifex I think is , it is not "beautiful" but it is not supposed to be. People wear these gold beaded crosses and crucifexes around their neck but the real crucifixion, was not pretty! That it why I like the crcifex even more. It depicts the real Jesus on the Cross.

The one thing I hate about ordering over the internet is you can never be too sure what you will get. I really liked this crucifix after searching for one for over 2 years now. I thought I had found the one, but alas, I think it looks a little to masculine. I will just give it as a gift since it is so beautiful.

The crucifix itself had burr's on it that would catch on your clothing. I had to take it to a jeweler to have the crucifix deburred. Other then that I wear it every day.
