At Last...A Prayer Guide Just For Teens Who Want to Encounter Christ in a Deeper, More Personal Way
If you know any teenagers who...
...then you — and they — need to know about Jason Evert’s new book Pure Faith: A Handbook of Prayer for Catholic Youth. It’s a unique prayer guide designed exclusively for teenagers. It’s short enough that a teenager will read it, yet it’s packed with spiritual wisdom and advice from saints and holy men and women, as well as prayers for a variety of needs, circumstances, and individuals.
With this guide in hand, your teen will know how to pray simply and effectively... how to draw closer to God through prayer... and how to use prayer to meet and overcome the challenges he or she faces.
Pure Faith is a treasure trove of spiritual wisdom that every teen (and probably many adults!) needs.

|Review:||This book is written by Jason Evert. As a young Catholic, his books have really helped me understand and deepen my faith. I use this book every morning and evening for prayer. He starts the book with an introduction, "How to Pray." And even though we've all been taught how to pray, many struggle with it and question if they are doing it right, etc. Taking the time to read it really benefited me. He also introduces every "prayer section" with a fitting quote from a saint or other religious. The variety of prayers are wonderful. I highly recommend this book for any teen or young adult. This book and any of Jason's other books are a must have. God bless. Best Uses: Everyday prayer; Pros: Teaches what prayer is, Variety of prayers|

|Review:||I bought this book for my teenage daughter and loved it so much that I am going to purchase a copy for myself! The author is young, and the quotes and references are contemporary and timeless--from St. Thomas Acquinas, to St. Josemaria Escriva, to Mother Theresa, Padre Pio, and Pope John Paul II. The prayers will help anyone just beginning a prayer journey, to those already steeped in one. A real treasure. Thank you so much.|
