Bottom Line:	Yes, I would recommend this to a friend. I'll admit that I was hesitant at first to buy this book and thought it would be kind of harsh, meaning I thought I would be reading more about "rules and regulations" and that Saint Benedict would be like "Fire & Brimstone," that we're going to hell unless we do what he says, etc, etc. I was very wrong. I was surprised at how easy this book is to read. I can use some of the principles and apply them to my own life. Although I am not finished reading this book, I know I will like the rest of it as much as I like what I have already read! This is one book I feel that as many times I may re-read it, I will like it as much as if it were the first time I read it!
