For those seeking spiritual direction, this is the book for you, but it's not something you can read while watching Sports Center. After so many years away from the Church, I wanted to get myself on the right track, so I found a spiritual director and bought us each a copy of this book. The guidance in the book helps to focus the limited time I have to spend with my spiritual director.
