St. Honorius

Saint Honorius is the patron of florists, chandlers, bakers, oil refiners, and confectioners. Legend holds that when word reached to his family's home that he was chosen bishop, the family servant argued that the boy was no more going to be made bishop than the wooden peel turn back into a tree. At that moment the peel grew branches and roots in becoming a blackberry tree. Saint Honorius is also attributed with finding the relics of Saint Victoricus of Amiens, Saint Fuscian of Amiens, and Saint Gentian of Amiens. St. Honorius' feast day is May 16th.
