The last picture shows St. Patrick casting the snakes out of Ireland. Measures 8"H. From the famous Mullingar Pewter studio in Westmeath County, Ireland.
The early history of pewter in Ireland goes back at least 800 years. It was revived in 1974 by Mullingar Pewter. Most of the pieces are still made in the traditional way in a workshop with Irish men and women specially trained in the old casting methods, meticulous assembly and delicate hand finishing. Cross can be engraved on the back.
