Best Uses: Meditational prayer;
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
A nice prayer book based on key points from the Rule of St. Benedict. Also includes a litany of St. Benedict and several Benedictine prayers at the end. Clear, modern language, not archaic like some novenas. Handy for daily devotions and meditations with the focus on Benedictine values.
