St. Frances Xavier
Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini is the patron of immigrants, orphans, and hospital administrators. She founded the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart and moved from Italy to New York with her missionary sisters in 1889. Saint Francis Xavier Cabrini then founded 67 institutions consisting of schools, orphanages, and hospitals throughout the Western Hemisphere. She became a US citizen and was the first US citizen to be canonized. St. Frances Xavier Cabrini's feast day is December 22nd.
