Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
We ordered this gift for our favorite teacher, as St. John the Evangelist is important to his faith experience. We were so excited to find a rosary that had an image of St. John so beautifully displayed in its workmanship. The beads are real wood, cherry in color, and the bright silver chain work is handsome. The overall rosary could be a bit more substantial in weight, but it is guaranteed to be repaired or replaced upon damage, so it is of no real concern. It would be nice if a prayer card, or information, about St. John was also included. I would highly recommend this rosary, nonetheless, and am so happy with my purchase.
