I bought this book years ago and still use it. Contains one week of daily prayers excerpted from the psalter of the Liturgy of the Hours for Morning and Evening. Each day begins with a 1 page reflection as a focus to the day. The second section contains readings, prayers and devotions for the seasons of the year, as well as Eucharistic devotion and in honor of Mary. Last is a rich selection of readings from the saints and other spiritual writers. I often carry it with me for those spare moments of meditation or quiet time while waiting for appointments, etc. Small book, rich in content.
