| Over the past 20 years, I have sold 5 personal homes - St. Joe has never let me down - had offers within 5 days of placing him. However, to have this work, one has to make sure their home is in primo condition at all times AND one has to BELIEVE that he will help. You just don't put a home in disarray on the market, bury St.Joe and sit back and wait.
I have also given these as gifts to neighbors and friends who were selling their homes. Given the above parameters, it worked for them as well. |

| I was eager to sell my mother's condo after her death. I placed St J in a "place of honor" on the same day I signed the listing agreement with the realtor, and had an offer a week later.
Also helpful was background information about the tradition of St J helping with home sales, and a prayer card. |

| St. Joseph is planted in the ground just as ones house goes on the market. The moment your house/apartment/condo/abode sells, you remove him from the ground and take him with you to your new place, where he is displayed as a reminder of his faithfulness. |

| I was skeptical, but was ready for anything that would help us sell our home since the renovations on our new home were almost complete. Well, I followed the instructions and within weeks, we had an offer on our house. Fingers crossed that all goes well at closing next month! I can't say for sure that it had anything to do with St. Joseph, but I would suspect it did. For anyone who's considering getting one - just remember, it can't hurt! |

| I signed the listing agreement for my mother's condo on February 2nd, put St Joseph in a "place of honor" the same day, received an offer on February 16th, and went to settlement yesterday. I leave the reader to draw his/her own conclusion about the effectiveness of St Joseph's intervention. |

| Tried to sell house for 14 months - went by the Catholic Company and followed instructions - Eventual buyers looked at house same day - sold it 5 days later and closed 30 days after. Wonderful, follow the prayers every day. |
