Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
This is great for prayer with a specific direction. Often times there are those of us so distracted by all life throws at us it's difficult to pray at all without racing thoughts, let alone for a specific reason or person. This stone, much like a rosary, offers something tangible to hold to keep thoughts on one set of tracks.
