I bought several of these St. Peregrine "stones" as they are easy to carry AND inexpensive which will lead me to keep buying this product. I am a veteran and a cancer patient. I work with veterans daily; some recently returned from Iraq/Afghanistan that are receiveing chemo treatments at Dana Farber in Boston. I can give them the stone which is certainly different than giving them a medal..a little more interesting, and easy to carry in the pocket. I teach them about intecessory prayer; that they are asking for healing FROM Jesus THROUGH St. Peregrine. I tell them it is not a good-luck stone; that they have been blessed, but is a great reminder of hope and healing available through prayer!
