St. Veronica

Saint Veronica is the woman of Jerusalem who wiped the beloved face of Jesus Christ during the passion account. She is the patron of laundry workers and photographers. The veil used to wipe Jesus' face was imprinted according to legend and used to cure Emperor Tiberius of illness. The veil of St. Veronica has become one of the most beloved relics of the church and currently resides in St. Peter's Basilica. St. Veronica's feast day is July 12th.
