This original design, of sterling silver and marcasite, has an old-world quality about it, matching the timeless devotion of the Scapular. Added to this version is a tiny dangle heart beneath the Sacred Heart medal, and a crucifix beneath the Our Lady of Carmel medal. The medals measure .687”H, and are attached to a sterling silver continuous 25” chain, meant to be worn over the shoulders, front and back, as a regular scapular.
