Product Description

The Miraculous Medal was first cast in 1830 after St. Catherine Laboure received instructions from Mary during an apparition. Since then billions of Miraculous Medals have been created and faithfully worn by Catholics around the world. This particular Miraculous Medal is made of sterling silver and measures 1 2/16” long. The sterling silver Miraculous Medal is encompassed by an intricate floral design and comes on an 18” rhodium plated stainless steel chain.

I believe there is higher quality silver that this medal can be made from to keep it from tarnishing as it is a beautiful style medal. I am disappointed in the quality for the price. I don't want to seem fussy but this is the third item out of three that I have ordered from your company. The first item was broken; the second item lost it's finish in one week and now this item tarnishes within just a few days. I don't believe I will be ordering from you anymore. I expected much better from a Catholic affiliated store. Sorry, but I had to express my feelings.

18 inch chain is useless for most. no option for bigger lengths. needed a 30 inch chain

I wear my Miraculous Metal everyday. With it being such great a quality, I don't have to take it off, except to clean,"once a blue moon".
