The Miraculous Medal is on the bottom half of the pendant and is adorned with a beautiful vine-line etched framing and scroll at the very bottom. The top half of the pendant contains the image of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and has bolder scrolls swooping down towards the Miraculous Medal. This pendant comes on an 18 inch genuine rhodium plated stainless steel chain ina deluxe velour gift box.
