The medal is lovely and seems to be holding up nicely, but the chain us bit sterling silver. After only a few days of wearing it I developed itchy red dots on my neck. I put the medal on a new chain, and now It's great... I would like to eventually purchase a sterling silver endless chain for it. As long as you don't have allergies to cheap metals this should be great. If you do have allergies, you may want to purchase a better quality chain.
