Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
The detail of the pendant and chain are very nice as described; however I bought this for a co-worker nurse-friend INTENTIONALLY because it was described as having the caduceus on the back. I was very disappointed that the caduceus was absent!! :((
