The medal's detail is awesome - your not looking at a faceless blob. I would say it is "coin" quality. I'm giving this to my youngest son for his first communion. The engraving looks great on the back. Will continue to buy from here and recommend to friends.

Bottom Line:	Yes, I would recommend this to a friend. I bought this for my 7 year old grandson for his First Communion. I have not been able to see it in person because I live in a different state. I saw it over the webcam and it looked beautiful. My grandson's name is Christopher... so he LOVED it. It was just the right size and chain length for someone his age. I had it engraved and he thought that was great.
