Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
This was a gift for a young man who is in the army and is being deployed to Afghanistan. It has a nice sturdy chain, perfect for a man. The interpretation of St. George on the medallion is a nice change from the standard issue. The engraving was a nice touch and it was sent quickly. A good experience all the way around. May St. George watch over and protect this young man.
