Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
Product is great. I did think that the metal was cut out around St. Monica, but looking at the picture more closely, I can see that it also appears solid, as is the case. Either way, it's a great gift for my RCIA candidate who chose Monica for her confirmation saint.
