Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
After 50 years my great great grandmother's sick call set couldn't be repaired after all the years of wear and tear. I poured over all the selection & finally settled on this one. I was disappointed in the lack of quality workmanship for the cost. It looks cheap. I'll be looking into something else.
