Large Wedding/Anniversary Cross with gold-tone joined rings laid upon a Chiseled Stone Cross. Carved from actual Jerusalem Stone quarried in the Holy Land and handcrafted in the USA. Comes in a gift box with a certificate of authenticity/giftcard.
History of the Stone:
Jerusalem Stone is a limestone material found in the areas between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea, and between Galilee and Haifa. This stone was excavated by the Israelites as early as 1000 to 2000 B.C, and used to construct such historical, religious sites as the “City of Jerusalem” and “King Solomon’s Temple”. Today this treasured stone is used in all modern construction within the city of Jerusalem.

The was for a couple who's wife was confirmed on Easter. The date inscribed on the cross is the day their were married in the Catholic Church in preparation for her Confirmation. The husband is Catholic prior. They had the cross blessed at the confirmation service at Easter.

We purchased the anniversary Jerusalem stone cross for my daughter & son-in-law to present to them after we return from a pilgrimage to the Holy Land. It will be a great memento purchased here in the USA rather than bringing one home. Pros: Ideal anniversary gift, Unique Uncommon Design

This is a lovely cross quite appropriate for wedding or anniversary gifts. Both the stone and rings are high quality and the fact that the stone is from the Holy Land is sure to please any devout Catholic.
