This small, hand made, one piece Nativity scene is carved by a fourth generation master wood carver in Bethlehem, from a branch of native olive wood. The three-dimensional Nativity scene features the Holy Family adoring the Christ Child beside a palm tree, with the Star of Bethlehem overhead. A remarkable and meaningful Holy Land gift, and a special way to decorate for Christmas, it's perfect for those in small spaces.
Trees are never cut down for the wood used in these ornaments. Olive branches pruned in the growing process are used with care in selecting, drying, and carving. Small cracks, imperfections and grain variation are part of the natural appearance.
