- St Elizabeth Of Hungary Statue
- Antique Stone Finish
- Made with Fiberglass Resin
Standing about two feet tall, this statue is of St. Elizabeth of Hungary. Despite being the daughter of Alexander II, King of Hungary, Elizabeth used her dowry to build a hospital where she helped take care of the sick. For this she was seen as a symbol of Christian charity. She is the patron of services, young brides, tertiaries, and widows. Her feast day is November 17th. She is the patroness of Catholic Charties and the Secular Fransciscan Order. This product is cast in solid fiberglass resin, a durable polymer with the look and feel of ceramic. Resin statues feature finer detail and greater strength than other materials. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
